Massage services are provided for adults 18+ and older.
Prenatal/Pregnancy/Postnatal massage services are not currently offered.
Hygiene Policy and Guidelines
For the comfort and safety of both client and therapist, please arrive freshly bathed prior to your massage session. Please be free of offensive body odor, excessive perspiration, strong perfumes and colognes, body oils and lotions, or other heavily scented products before your session.
If excessive body odor, or other hygiene concerns, make it difficult or uncomfortable for the therapist to provide the therapy session, the therapist reserves the right to decline or end the session. In the event that a session must be declined or ended due to hygiene, excessive body odor, or fragrance concerns, a percentage of the appointment price may be refunded at the therapist’s discretion.
If you are feeling sick, beginning to feel sick, or are still recovering from a recent illness, please do not schedule or attend your appointment, be sure to cancel 24+ hours in advance. Even if you are starting to feel better, you may still be contagious. Please help protect your massage therapist and other clients by waiting until you are FULLY RECOVERED before scheduling your session.

24-Hour Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ cancellation notice to info@moonvalleymassage.com and to receive a full refund. This enables another guest to potentially book that appointment time.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of 52% of the service price. Moon Valley Massage will initiate a 48% refund back to the card on file. Please email info@moonvalleymassag.com to cancel an appointment.
No-Shows
If you do not arrive to your scheduled appointment and have not contacted us, the appointment will be considered a no-show and the full service price paid will not be refunded.
Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive late, your session may need to be shortened in order to remain on schedule for the next client. The full service price will still apply, regardless of the shortened treatment time.
We understand that unexpected circumstances can happen. If an emergency or unusual situation arises, please contact Moon Valley Massage at info@moonvalleymassage.com as soon as possible. Exceptions may be considered at the therapist’s discretion.

Payment & Card-on-File Policy
A valid credit or debit card is required to reserve an appointment online. Your card is securely stored on file and will be charged at the time of booking.
