HSA/FSA Cards Accepted
Moon Valley Massage accepts HSA and FSA cards as a form of payment. However, accepting an HSA/FSA card does not guarantee that massage therapy is an eligible expense under your specific plan. HSA and FSA plans have their own eligibility and substantiation requirements, and those requirements can vary by plan.
Before booking, please confirm with your HSA/FSA plan administrator or benefits administrator that massage therapy is an eligible expense under your specific plan and whether any additional documentation is required.
Your HSA/FSA card may be declined for a number of reasons, including:
Your plan does not allow massage therapy
The transaction does not meet your plan’s requirements
Your account does not have sufficient funds
Your card is expired or is otherwise restricted
You plan requires additional documentation before the expense can be reimbursed.
Please Note: Moon Valley Massage does not determine HSA/FSA eligibility and cannot guarantee that your plan will approve or reimburse a massage therapy expense.. Eligibility and reimbursement are determined by your individual plan and applicable IRS rules.
Some plans may require a Letter of Medical Necessity or other supporting documentation from a qualified healthcare provider. If your plan requires documentation, please obtain it before your appointment.
Need a receipt? An itemized receipt is available for your HSA/FSA records upon request. Please retain your receipt and any supporting documentation required by your plan.
