About Moon Valley Massage and your therapist
Cristin Kloeck, LMT — MA00022481
Licensed in Washington State since 2006, Cristin brings two decades of experience in the therapeutic massage, spa, and wellness industry. After years of working in spas and clinics, she knew it was time to create a practice of her own—one that brings together the benefits of therapeutic bodywork and the comfort of a spa experience. Combining these strengths, Moon Valley Massage was created to offer a calming, restorative experience where you can disconnect, relax, and receive thoughtful professional care. Cristin takes a whole-body approach to massage, recognizing that the body is an interconnected system rather than a collection of separate parts. Her work is grounded in an understanding of the body’s connective tissue and fascial network, and how tension or restriction in one area can affect movement and balance throughout the body. Rather than focusing solely on the area of discomfort, her approach considers how the body works as a whole, with the intention of supporting comfortable movement, mobility, and greater sense of balance.
Moon Valley Massage is a professional massage and wellness studio serving Issaquah, Washington, and the surrounding area. Each session is thoughtfully designed and tailored to your individual needs and goals, combining therapeutic massage with the comfort of a spa-quality experience. Sessions may incorporate techniques such as Myofascial Release, Deep Tissue, Swedish Massage, Lymphatic Drainage, Static Cupping, Trigger Point, or Hot Synergy Basalt Stone Massage, depending on what best supports your goals. Whether you’re seeking relief from everyday stress, recovering from injury, or simply looking to relax and reconnect with your body, Cristin provides thoughtful, individualized care in a calm, restorative environment.
The meaning behind moon valley massage
The night sky—the stars, moon, and ever-changing movement of the planets—has shaped much of the inspiration behind Moon Valley Massage. The waning crescent moon has long been associated with intuition, renewal, transformation, and new beginnings. It represents a quiet transition—a period of reflection, stillness, and preparation before a new moon cycle begins. The name Moon Valley Massage is also rooted in place—the Snoqualmie Valley, also known as “Moon Valley”.
beyond the studio
Outside the massage studio, you can find Cristin in the North and central Cascade Mountains snowboarding, competing in snowboard banked slalom races, mountain biking, exploring nature, and enjoying all the rivers, lakes, and trails the Pacific Northwest has to offer.
