Soak with Stones
$60/60 minutes. - $90/90 minutes
Swedish Relaxation massage therapy is the modality that comes to mind when most people think about massage.
One of the primary goals of the Swedish massage technique is to relax the entire body. This is accomplished by rubbing the muscles with long gliding strokes. Swedish massage is exceptionally beneficial for increasing the level of oxygen in the blood, decreasing muscle toxins, improving circulation and flexibility while easing tension.

Deep tissue massage therapy is similar to Swedish massage, but the deeper pressure is beneficial in releasing chronic muscle tension. The focus is on the deepest layers of muscle tissue, tendons and fascia the protective layer surrounding muscles, bones and joints.
Soak with Stones
Hot stone massage therapy melts away tension, eases muscle stiffness and increases circulation and metabolism. Hot stone massage therapy session promotes deeper muscle relaxation through the placement of smooth, water-heated stones at key points on the body.
I also incorporate a customized massage, with the use of hot stones which offers enhanced benefits.
The benefits of massage during pregnancy are endless!
Pregnancy massage focuses on the unique needs of the expectant mother and her baby as she goes through the miraculous changes associated with the childbearing year. Prenatal massage brings relief from swelling, stress, and muscle cramps. Cushions and pillows are used to place you in a relaxing side-lying position to ensure proper spinal alignment and support. You will appreciate the reduced aching in stress bearing joints such as the ankles and lower back. You will leave the session feeling relaxed and restored!
Using a blend of Swedish massage your practitioner will relieve sore muscles, fatigue and aches associated with childbirth and breastfeeding. Postpartum massage is wonderful for helping return the body to its pre-pregnancy state and can help speed recovery by promoting relaxation, providing pain relief, and has even been recognized to help improve post-surgical recovery after Cesarean births. Postpartum massage will also help alleviate the "baby blues".
You will leave feeling relaxed and refreshed!

Personal Injury Protection (PIP)
is an extension of car insurance
available in some U.S. states
that covers medical expenses and, in some cases, lost wages
and other damages
. In some states, PIP is subrogable, meaning that your insurance carrier will pay for your loss, regardless of liability, and then recover what it paid from the liable party's insurance carrier. This generally leaves the claimant in a much better financial position, because the claimants medical bills are paid.
