Relaxation Massage
This classic type of massage is best for relaxation and general wellness; it is also known as Swedish massage.
I use a variety of techniques to coax tension out of tight muscles and connective tissue, bringing a deep sense of peace and wholeness to body, mind, and spirit.
Not only does therapeutic massage help you relax, it can enhance immunity by stimulating the lymphatic system, help alleviate anxiety & depression, relieve low-back pain, and improve circulation.
Deep Tissue Massage
A technique employed and integrated with other massage techniques to free up chronic muscle pain as well as promoting injury rehabilitation.
The body must be relaxed in order to reach the deeper layers of muscles, having a qualified experienced Deep Tissue Therapist is a must. If you have to flinch or tighten up, you will only experience pain and with no benefit.
Deep Tissue Massage therapists use slow and deep finger pressure which when performed correctly does not have to cause pain. In finding the right areas to work effectively, deep tissue feels great and has long lasting effects. I will always communicate to find out if you want more or less deep.

Hot Stone Massage
Hot stone is a treatment of warmed, local river stones to relax muscles and induce a calming state of mind.
This technique involves the placement of sanitized, warmed, smooth rocks upon different parts of the body.
A heated stone massage is a preferred treatment for those seeking relaxation and stress relief. It also may be beneficial to those who experience muscle tension or have had a muscle-related injury.

Aromatherapy Massage
Aromatherapy massage is a treatment of using essential oils for both healing and relaxation.
Essential oils are dilluted with grapeseed oil and massaged into the skin. This is intended to enhance the healing and relaxing effects of massage.
An aromatherapy treatment is thought to enhance the mood, relieve pain, and stress.

PIP/L&I/Insurance Massage
Effective rehabilitative therapy using a variety of treatment techniques including cross fiber friction, range of motion ( muscle stretches and joint movement), trigger points or soothing myofascial release to facilitate faster healing and enhanced performance that is recommended for injury rehab. Whether you are recovering from a motor vehicle accident, a work related injury, repetitive stress related injuries or sports injuries; medical massage therapy can be very helpful in reducing the recovery time.
Some of the conditions that I have worked with on a regular basis include:
- Herniated discs in back or neck
- Tendonitis - Achilles Tendonitis, tennis/golfer's elbow
- Sprains and Strains - Hamstrings, Quadriceps, Neck and Back
- Repetitive Strain Syndromes
- Fibromyalgia and other stress related conditions
Personal Injury Protection (PIP) is an extension of
car insurance available in some
U.S. states that covers medical expenses and, in some cases, lost
wages and other
damages. In some states, PIP is subrogable, meaning that your insurance carrier will pay for your loss, regardless of liability, and then recover what it paid from the liable party's insurance carrier. This generally leaves the claimant in a much better financial position, because the claimants medical bills are paid.
Caution:Pregnant women and people with severe asthma and allergies should avoid all essential oils. Talk with your doctor before any
aromatherapy massage treatments.
